Locations
Our flagship, temperature-controlled facility is based in Wilmington Delaware. We chose this location because it allows us to directly inject packages into our carrier networks, typically cutting down transit times by a full day. And Delaware does not impose state or local sales tax on the sale of goods, it saves our customers thousands.
We also operate warehouses in Tampa Florida, allowing customers to reach a significant portion of the most densely populated areas in the US while taking advantage of cost-effective shipping methods and reducing fulfillment times. Two new UNDpack warehouses are slated to open in Dallas TX and San Francisco CA.
