How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are variable, based on weight, dimensions, destination, service, and more. Check out our Price Calculator or request a custom quote. UNDpack quote is customized to give you the most accurate rates possible, and also takes specific orders, volume, and other factors. UNDpack can ship orders to more than 200 countries and territories. Quotes for international shipping are available upon request.

DOES UNDPACK OFFER RETURNS?

Yes, we offer returns management as an added service. UNDPack charges for returns a $2.00 processing fee per returned order this includes the processing of all items with same SKU in the return. Additional items are $0.50 per SKU. You can buy a label from us at a discount, otherwise, you can buy your own labels or ask your customers to buy them.

Does UNDpack offer custom boxes?

Yes, UNDpack lets ecommerce merchants use their own custom branded boxes, mailers, and inserts. Custom boxes will be billed as an additional item for each order. If you need we can order for you any sizes, shapes, quantities and qualities. 

Does UNDpack fulfill B2B and Wholesale orders?

Absolutely, UNDpack can fulfill large orders at an additional cost, including labeling, pre-paid, pallet preparation, freight quote, and more. 

How much does UNDpack’s software cost?

UNDpack’s software is completely free for all customers, as well as connecting all turnkey integrations. As a UNDpack’s customer, you will use the dashboard to connect your ecommerce store(s) and manage your inventory, orders, shipments, and more.

Does UNDpack offer storage insurance?

When you store your inventory at UNDpack facility, you have two options to insure your product you can add our location to your insurance policy or choose to waive inventory insurance.

Does UNDpack have Minimum Pick and Pack Fee?

No, UNDpack doesn’t have any entry requirements or monthly fee. 

How to notify UNDpack sending inventory?

Send us a WRO (Warehouse Receiving Order). It will inform UNDPack of how many units we will receive. A WRO is electronic information concerning a single shipment of movable units sent to a WMS from suppliers and sent from a WMS to customers.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

If we send an order on your behalf and the shipment is lost or damaged, we will file a claim for you as long as the carrier offers insurance for the service level chosen and the loss is reported before the window to file closes.
