Fulfillment Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to join the leadership team in our Bear, DE Fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for managing staff, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper departmental operation. You will have a hands-on approach and be committed to the expansion & success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable the company to hit revenue goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Direct several operational aspects including fulfillment operations, customer service and human resources.
  • Manage performance KPIs, identify and track key metrics and plan continuous improvement efforts for your facility.
  • Partner with merchant care to design and improve our merchant experience.
  • Use data driven reports and analyses to identify avenues for continuous improvement and propose solutions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Hire, train, coach and motivate managers and associates in your facility; you will be responsible for setting the team’s goals and managing them.
  • Ensure a culture of safety throughout the organization and enforce safety standards and procedures are followed in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Share knowledge with other locations and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing or e-commerce environments.
  • Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or a related field, preferred.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Demonstration of responsible, ethical and honest behavior in previous roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail and Excel.
  • Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma.

What You’ll Do: 

As an associate you will be working within one of several teams: 

  • Receiving:This team accepts our customers’ new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving owned as well.
  • Picking: Spread across two different processes our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their peers keep the flow of customers products moving and keep the warehouse humming. 
  • Packing:The final touches before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. The packing team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and owns all responsibility around those shipments.
  • Other Duties as Required: We are a team which means you will be asked to help out in other areas out of your normal day to day responsibilities to ensure the operations are running efficiently.

What You’ll Bring To The Table:

  • Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
  • Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
  • Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
  • May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
  • You’re willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
  • You have the ability to adapt to change quickly.

Business Development Representative

Our Business Development Representatives develop logistical solutions for small to medium size businesses using the full suite of UNDpack’s services. A BDR’s primary responsibility is to evaluate each merchant’s unique business needs and collaborate with UNDpack’s Account Executives to close deals with merchants that have not previously worked with us. Our representatives achieve quota by meeting expected metrics for outbound touches and demos set for their respective Account Executives.

What you’ll do:

  • Guide new business by identifying, researching, and qualifying new opportunities weekly.
  • Prospect a prospect pipeline via high volume of outbound cold calls, emails and social selling.
  • Identify client needs through assessing their current fulfillment methods and use discretionary judgment to determine if they are a fit for our business model.
  • Make recommendations to management from merchants who do not “fit the box”.
  • Schedule demos with potential merchants and Account Executives.
  • Achieving daily activity requirements through outbound merchant contact and accurately tracking merchant interactions and information in the designated tracking system.
  • Report to designated manager/team lead to strategize more effective prospecting methods.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and annual quota.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferred but will train the right person with less experience.
  • Experience selling over the phone and smart calling various types of businesses or merchants.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by Operations team.
  • Perform physical inventory cycle counts, and reconcile inventory variances.
  • Communicate updates and relay important operational information about clients directly to ICQA Lead.
  • Resolve merchant facing requests around inventory related issues.
  • Understanding of cycle counts and inventory control processes according to written SOP’s.
  • Ensure inventory variances are researched and resolved in a timely manner, allowing fulfillment of outbound orders.
  • Ensure timely communications to MC team for any orders not able to be fulfilled due inventory discrepancies.
