UNDpack was founded by a team of long-time eCommerce and logistics professionals who believe retailers should be able to trust their fulfillment partners as much as their in-house team.
We made the choice early on not to contract with third-party warehouses, instead focusing on a handful of strategic locations that are fully operated by UNDpack employees. This decision, coupled with our collective industry knowledge, lets us provide customers with unmatched guidance and confidence as they set up a more efficient, scalable fulfillment infrastructure.
Locations
Our flagship, temperature-controlled facility is based in Wilmington Delaware. We chose this location because it allows us to directly inject packages into our carrier networks, typically cutting down transit times by a full day. And Delaware does not impose state or local sales tax on the sale of goods, it saves our customers thousands.
We also operate warehouses in Tampa Florida, allowing customers to reach a significant portion of the most densely populated areas in the US while taking advantage of cost-effective shipping methods and reducing fulfillment times. Two new UNDpack warehouses are slated to open in Dallas TX and San Francisco CA.
Management
Store, manage and track inventory in real-time in UNDpack’s warehouses that are operated directly by our in-house team across the US. The UNDpack platform automatically updates inventory data as orders enter the system, providing a real-time snapshot of your products across every sales channel and facility.
